Pendimethalin 30% EC is a highly effective, pre-emergence selective herbicide used to control annual grasses and broadleaf weeds. It works by inhibiting cell division and elongation in germinating seeds, preventing weeds from emerging and competing with crops for nutrients and light.

Key Usage Details

• Target Weeds: Annual grasses (like Echinochloa) and broadleaf weeds (like Amaranthus and Chenopodium).

• Common Crops: Widely used for wheat, soybean, cotton, rice (transplanted), chili, onion, and pulses.

• Application Timing: It must be applied before weeds emerge, typically within 2448 hours of sowing or transplanting.
